Planning entertainment for your wedding abroad is no easy task! But hopefully this information will serve to help you in your quest.
When considering a band for your musical entertainment, you'll need to know a few things first, such as, Venue size, number of guests and what nationalities of guests you are catering for.
Once you know all this information, it's much easier to know your musical needs, for example, knowing how big a band you can utilize and what kind of music tastes you'll need to cover.
Options
There are 2 main way we can travel to your wedding. A mixture of van and plane or by plane alone.
They both have they advantages and disadvantages.
If we travel by van and plane, we're able to bring the very best PA (speakers) equipment and instruments, but the overall cost will be higher and travel times will be longer.
If we travel by plane, the overall cost will be lower and travel times shorter, but we will need to sacrifice the quality of equipment as we'll need to hire a PA system and depending on musicians chosen, hire instruments.
Costs
There are lots of small costs that people may not be aware of when thinking about booking entertainment for their wedding in Italy.
